The restaurateur George Zevlakis founded the
OPA Souvlaki restaurant in 1969. His unique approach to provide home cooking to Greeks and many others who
enjoy great Hellenic food was well received. Mr. Zevlakis
recently started a new endeavor by opening up a bakery providing ethnic goods
for his customers and with his catering business flourishing,
